name: Yiacos, Yiorgos
vitaYiorgos Yiacos (a.k.a. SirPrimate) was born in Athens in 1978.
At the age of 19 he did the compulsory 1.5 years of army service. When he was done with that he decided he should something with his life so he went to England where he stayed for 3 years and got a BA in Visual Communication. Then he got back home and got a crappy job.
At the moment Yiorgos is living in Athens and working as an illustrator and designer and is a member of the PoorDesigners.
I work with vectors 99% of the time. My inspiration comes from what goes around me.
I would like to be a director but since i am not, I use my illustrations as small parts from bigger stories.
I donīt think I can trace my influences with precision but I do admite the work of many people from various fields and I suppose that I have a little from each in my work.
